In just a few years, Director of Esports Lucas Hayworth transformed a nascent Esports project at Oklahoma Christian University into a nationwide phenomenon. Today OC’s Esports team ranks among the Top 10 of NACE Starleague, the largest collegiate Esports league in North America boasting over 800 competing universities.
His program boasts 10 national championship wins in Collegiate Esports in games spanning from Valorant, Call of Duty, Halo, and Rocket League. In 2024, 8 of his 12 programs were nationally ranked top 10 in their game.
Lucas is now bringing his experience, knowledge and growth mindset to young campers taking the first steps into organized Esports. Participants will be exposed to activities based on the same coaching principles and techniques that are the cornerstone of OC Esports Program’s repeated success.
